Spruce Mnt. Ranch Wedding

Jeff and Ashley’s wedding at Spruce Mnt. Ranch in Larkspur started with a bit of a rain scare. Afternoon showers showed up just in time for photos, and to delay the set up of their mountainside ceremony set up. We all held our breath, ran out in the breaks of the rain to shoot when we could and patently waited as mother nature did her thing. Finally the clouds parted, the staff rushed to set up and guests were shuttled up to the mountainside for an absolutely perfect, gorgeous, sun-drenched ceremony overlooking the beautiful valleys of the ranch, the views Jeff and Ashley had specifically chosen for their memorable ceremony.

After a few more photos, friends and family headed to enjoy a fabulous dinner, followed by a few heartwarming toasts, and a hilarious video created by Jeff’s best man showing footage of his early days as a news anchor… everyone was glued to the projector screen, it was priceless. Jeff and Ashley’s first dance was amazing, they had taken some lessons and put together one of the most entertaining first dance routines I’ve seen to date. After they danced with their parents, the chairs were brought out and Jeff and Ashley were loaded up followed by their parents… did I mention that Jewish weddings are my new favorite!? So. Much. Fun. Jeff and Ashley were so happy and having such a good time with friends and family that it was infectious, being a part of the wedding was just pure fun. I’m so glad it turned out to be a perfect night for these two. Thank you Jeff and Ashley, it was an honor to be a part of your day. Mazel Tov!
