Denver Wedding Photos
Ben and Natasha are my kind of people. I knew from the first time I met them that we were going to get along just great. Natasha told me that she loves unexpected wedding photos, and when we talked about where to do her portraits, she opted for a super cool walking bridge right next to the Denver Skate Park, awesome choice in my opinion. When we started shooting on the bridge we were battling some bright afternoon sun and lots of people out and about, so I took these two just under the bridge for some photos, they didn’t care, they had complete trust in me, I’m so glad. I love when my clients trust me enough to just go with the flow, because we were able to get some gorgeous photos under that bridge with great light.
Their ceremony was held at Denver Community Church and their reception was at Mi Casa Resource Center, a non-profit where Natasha works. We snuck out for some shots on Broadway, and actually ran into the middle of the road while traffic was stopped at the light behind us. Awesome. Surrounded by loved ones, these two danced and celebrated the night away. Before I left, we hopped down to S. Broadway to shoot some night shoots with neon behind them. Like I said… these two are my kind of people. Perfect ideas for the way I love to shoot. I absolutely LOVED working with Ben and Natasha and am thrilled with their urban, Denver photos!
