The Creek Club at I’on Wedding
Without officially even meeting them before their big weekend in Charleston, Crystal and Andrew welcomed me to the crew with an invite to their rehearsal dinner, which was nothing short of amazing, just like the rest of the weekend. My sister in law Cassie, was Crystal’s maid of honor. Crystal had seen photos of my nephew Sawyer that’d I’d taken in the past which is how she discovered my work. So, it was a huge compliment when they asked me to come out to Charleston in honor of their wedding. Charleston has been on my list of US cities I’ve never visited and always wanted to, so I was thrilled to accept.
Crystal arrived to the ceremony in style, making her entrance via Andrew’s family’s yacht, very cool. They were dealt wind and rain for their outdoor ceremony, but nobody seemed to mind. Everyone was focused on the warmth generated from seeing these two become man and wife. The reception consisted of one of the funniest best man speeches I’ve seen to date delivered by co-best men Kenny and Brian. After toasts, the party got started and everyone danced… like, everyone. It was such a fun crew, and I’m lucky to say I left their wedding with a few more friends than I arrived with. Thanks Crystal and Andrew for your warm welcome to your fabulous weekend. It was one for the books.
